Pho Fun.

Imagine the temperature several degrees cooler, your face a rock of ice, when a bowl like this is placed before you. It's ramen, grown-up and well-traveled. Drowning all of your previous connotations of the dish.

It's the Ramen Bowl at Horizons.

Long slender noodles all corded up in a mushroom pho broth. If you could drink velvet, it would taste like this.

That's grilled baby bok choy, a sheet of menma, pickled shiitakes, cilantro and sesame seeds.

I wouldn't even frown if you were to slurp a little.
