Vegetables for Breakfast Week 2, Day 4: Carrot Cleanser

I wasn't feeling 100% for Day 4 and a vitamin-packed juice was in order.

I started out with some whole grain toast and peanut butter to settle my stomach and then headed out to finish some errands, with a plan to hit up the juice bar at Sook Hee's Produce (in the Comcast Center) for breakfast, part 2, Veggie Style.

Carrot/Celery/Ginger/Pineapple is one of my favorite combinations. It's not overly sweet and as much as I love green juice, I enjoy carrot juice just a touch more. It's very soothing to drink if you're feeling off-kilter. Always trust ginger to relieve an upset stomach.
