It's your ready-to-go smoothie blend: cinnamon, flax, hemp or chia seeds, coconut, nut butter, cocoa or cacao nibs, protein powder, whatever you fancy in your smoothie drinking jar. Simply add contents to blender along with frozen fruit (or fresh fruit with ice), an optional handful of greens, and nut milk. Refrigerate until ready to drink, or grab your jar on your way to work (with a metal straw for sipping).
Your best weapon against bad decisions is preparation. That would have been a much lengthier label.
