Cashew Milk & Cookie Cake.


You can have a complete breakfast of vegan milk and oatmeal cookie cake...without being hungry an hour later. This is my Power Breakfast Combo.

Oatmeal Cookie Cake (goji, cacao nibs, coconut, banana) + Creamy Vanilla Cashew Milk (blended cashews, strained, with cinnamon, vanilla, and agave syrup).

This is exactly how I make my cashew milk. I love the sweet flavor of cashews and how the texture is smoother and creamier than homemade almond milk. I use it for cereal, lattes, smoothies. I noticed it doesn’t sour very fast either, which is awesome.
