4th Meal.

Cheesy BBQ Portabello Burgers from Family Kitchen with Pepperjack Daiya, grilled onions, my 2-minute BBQ sauce (madwoman dashes of mesquite liquid smoke, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, oil, ketchup, gochujang, and agave nectar, it's mighty fine stuff), butter lettuce and sprouts. Truffled sweet potato sticks on the side and Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Coconut Whipped Cream for the big finish.

I just bought portobellos to test out my first ever burger recipe. I like the simple BBQ idea, and you can't really go wrong with adding Daiya. Now I just have to make up some kind of BBQ recipe.

The BBQ sauce is really easy - just poke around in your fridge and taste as you go along. It really is the best way. You definitely need an oil, a vinegar, and something smoky and something sticky sweet. G'luck!
