A Peek at Vedge Restaurant.

Here's an amuse-bouche of the vegetable restaurant opening this fall from Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby of Horizons. Inside Vedge, you can expect to get your v's in multiple rooms with fireplaces, a vegetable charcuterie bar for walk-ins, high ceilings and tall windows, a long, generous marble bar, and a cocktail "study" for those devoted to liquid.

We get hungry (and thirsty) just thinking about what 1221 Locust Street will look like when all of the work is done.
