I saw this recipe for dehydrator-free raw falafel on Choosing Raw and had been wanting to make it for days. It voiced pure refreshment to me.
I couldn’t believe how easy it was. One bowl. Some spice grinding. The recipe turned out 6 falafel balls for me. There was a ton of spice flavor but sweetness from the coconut and almond butter came out at the same time. We used TJ’s Goddess Dressing, feeling lazy, and some roasted red pepper hummus and hot sauce to fully do this thing.You can go the raw route and make lettuce wraps out of it, or serve over a salad, or sandwich in a pita if you like.
